Q Components is neither a manufacture nor a representative of any manufacture. Q Components does not make any claims against any manufactures defect. If Customer experiences any manufactures defect

they may return the supplied product within 30 days of original delivery. Any damage, shortage, or other discrepancy of supplied products may be returned within 15 days of delivery. After the 15th day Customer is

deemed to have accepted the products and all sales become final. Returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee. In no event shall Q components, its affiliates or subsidiaries; and their respective officers, directors

and employees, be liable, may it be under contract, warranty, tort or under any other legal theory, for any damages (including but not limited to, direct, special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive

damages, personal injury/wrongful death, loss of profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting out of or in relation to the use of (or inability to use) of supplied product. If you do not

agree with the terms and conditions as stated please contact us immediately for an RMA.
